This warframe, Fis (come from "Phys") has ability to change/alter own or enemy(ies)'s physical characteristics such as height, weight, and others. This warframe is male or female.

Base stats:

Health: 100 to 120

Shields: 150 to 175

Armor: 65 to 100

Movement speed: 1.00 to 1.10

Ability 1) Analyze

Fis analyze the enemies in radius of 3m/5m/7m/9m and conclude that they're weak to some types of damages. Increase amount of damages that the enemies take from their weakness. Example: Infested suffer more damage from Fire and Slash damages.

Cost 25 energy. Time duration is 3/4/5/6 seconds.

Affected by power strength (increasing/decreasing damages) and power range (increasing/decreasing the range)

Ability 2) Solidify

Fis cause BIOLOGICAL enemies in LINEAR or CONE range of 5m/6m/7m/8m to become extremely dense. So dense that they can't move, but can take friendly fire from other enemies and provide temporary covers for warframe and allies. Immobile enemies can impede unaffected enemies' movement. The affected enemies will be immobile for 3/6/9/12 seconds and take 10/15/20/25% damage of unaffected enemies and MAYBE reduce warframe's and allies' non-elemental weapon damage by 60/45/30/15% from unrank to max.

Cost 50 energy. Time duration is 3/6/9/12 seconds unrank to max.

Affected by power strength (negative power strength decrease damage reduction while positive power strength increase damage reduction)

Ability 3) Shrink

Fis become small as Grineer Seeker's mini-roller. This is a stealth, but doesn't actually make you invisible. It just you hard to be detected and hard to hit. You gain 150% to 250% movement speed bonus (to allow this warframe to cover same distance in same time as normal size warframe), but take 50% or more % damage.

Cost 75 energy and drain 8/4/2/1 (unrank to max) energy per second. Doesn't affect weapon damage. No time duration.

Affected by power efficiency (decreasing/increasing energy cost) and maybe power strength (increasing/decreasing movement speed bonus)

Ability 4) Weight change

Fis can cause the enemies in radius of 5m/10m/15m/20m (unrank to max) to be light weight as a ping pong ball. The lightweight enemies will glow in warframe's selected energy color. The lightweight enemies will get knock up in air, upon ANY warframe's normal melee or ground slam (jumping and slamming melee weapon against the ground/floor). The enemies take  100/200/300/400 impact damage per hitting the surface (wall, ceiling, etc).

That means enemies, after hit by melee, will function like ping pong balls or balls in pin machine. The enemies will bounce 1/2/3/4 times off any surface (wall, ceiling, ground, rock, etc).

Each bounce decrease impact damage by 15-25% of max impact damage three times. Example: you maxed Weight Change which start with 400 impact damage on 1st bounce.

2nd bounce deal 400-400(0.15)= 340.

3rd bounce deal 400-400(0.30)=280.

Last bounce deal 400-400(0.45)=220.

Should you have positive power strength of say 50% (for simple math) which is 600 impact damage (400+400(0.50)) and on 5th bounce, it would be 600-600(0.45)= 330, not 600-600(0.60).

Cost 100 energy. No time duration.

Affected by power efficiency (decreasing/increasing energy cost) and power strength (increasing/decreasing impact damage and travel speed of enemies in air, and maybe increasing/decreasing the number of bounces that enemies can bounce off the surface).

Possible alternatives

Skill 1:

Alternation (alternative): Fis alter the physical resistance of the enemies, in cone range of 3/6/9/12 meters, so they will take 10/20/30/40 percent more damage from physical damages. Example: Slash deal more damage than ever to Infested Charger, but impact and puncture will not get bonus against Charger. Elemental damages (Fire, Electric, etc) not affected.

Affected by power range, power efficiency, and power strength (increase damage %)

Cost: 25-30 energy

Skill 2:

Lightweight- Fis alter self and team, if within range of 3/4/5/6 meters, weight to increase jump height by 20/25/30/35% for 5/7/9/11 seconds. Cost 50 energy.

Affected by power efficiency, power duration, and power strength (increase or decrease the jump height).

Burdened Weight- Fis alter the enemies, within radius of 5/10/15/20 meters, ability to jump. The enemies' jump height is decreased by 20/30/40/50% for 5/7/9/11 seconds. Cost 50 energy.

Affected by power efficiency, power duration, and power strength (positive will decrease jump height while negative will increase).

Skill 3:

Shrinking- Fis shrink the enemies, in cone range of 5/6/7/8 meters, to size of mini-roller. The small enemies gain 150 to 200% speed bonus (to cover same distance as their normal size) and become hard to hit, but take 20/40/60/80% more damage from weapons and take 50/100/150/200 impact damage if Tenno or any normal size unit walk or run over them.

The effect last 3/5/7/9 seconds.

Affected by power range and power efficiency. Maybe power strength too to increase amount of % damages OR how small can enemies get. Cost 75 energy.

Enlargement or Growth- Fis caused a selected ENEMY, within range of 5/7/9/11 meters,  to grow in size to either provide temporarily cover or to impede the enemies (and Tenno) movement (such as in hallway). If selected enemy's size expanded to two or more surfaces (wall, ceiling, etc) or obstacles (rock, tree, etc), it become immobile. If selected enemy's size expanded to touch nothing (ground/floor doesn't count), it will be free to move and attack like normal enemy, but will deal friendly damage to its allies with its action such as running over normal size Grineer Lancers.

The effect last 3/6/9/12 seconds. Doesn't affect boss and random boss (such as Stalker and G3)

Affected by power range, power efficiency, and power duration

Skill 4:

Any comment? Too op? Too underpowered? Too similar as others?
