Game Wont Let Me Go From Mastery Rank 2 To 3

I have completed my mastery rank test for rank 2 to rank 3 three times now, and each of which i passed. After each test though, to no fail Warframe makes me wait 24 hours to retake my test. All i have to do is a sinple melee weapon test with three waves. I can do the test without even taking damage, but the game refuses to let my mastery rank improve. This problem should really be fixed because there are many other players with the same problem. And if it was not for the 24 hour wait, i could troubleshoot the mission by doing it over and over quickly till it possible worked, but no.

Please comment anyone with same mastery rank up issue, this is a problem that must be fixed.
