I Need Help Asap

Question

Ok so after doing the proloque i just realised i still cant get to my customization in my ship

everyting else ins unlocked but this part.

Im 100% sure ive done all the parts of the proloque.

Plz i need help its been a while now since i cant access it (and i never could after patch 14) but now this is literally frustrating!

 

i need some answers as soon as possible. thx

well for some reason my support page says this when i get on it:

 

                                           Warframe support is open 9AM-6PM Monday to Friday (-4 GMT)
 

Warframe support is currently under Extreme load right now. Please be patient with us while we do our best to clear the backlog!

 

but its been like that for about 3days
