New Mission Failure Hurts New Players.

Me and my brother have invited most of our realife/online friends to warframe. They are enjoying the game and forgiving buggy spawns on defence maps etc. When they realised they lost all thier mods they had collected because we failed it caused a bad feeling. We are trying to show them the intense gameplay of wave 15 and up but now its a case of running 5-10 and leaving.

 

We did Mobile defence which is really buggy at the moment and failed 3 times for various reasons with the spawns and scenery disappearing. You kill, you loot and the loot is yours. You leave on the spaceship with what you killed. This should be a given. Xp and any ranks should be taken away if there is to be a punishment. The only reason we farm defence is to aquire mods to upgrade to allow us to do higher waves etc.

 

If this doesnt change soon no groups will not bother with anything above wave 15. Even the rewards are stil uncommon fire mods so you cant say its worth the risk to get something like Flow or Multishot. This new thing is game changing and game breaking and it will affect the game in a very negative way.

 

You added more credits to be gained so remove this instead, not collected mods. Remove some percetage of XP not mods. If people are abusing killing bosses and leaving without completing the mission then make ABORT mission remove mods Not mission failure. Mission failure should only remove at best Credits and "?" reward.

 

Also try employing a handful of normal well balanced people who can sit in your offices and play the game in its patched state. Observe their reactions to changes to the game and then apply this to us, your Paying gamers. Its not rocket science. Be careful when you change something so drastic as this. If its not broken, dont fix it. If someone is abusing your in game mechanics, ban the C***. Stop punishing your paying customers.

 

Sort it soon please because my friends and im sure many other peoples friends wont hang around for long if the game isnt making sense. Thanks for reading.

Was just mentioning that mobile defence is very buggy atm. My post is based on Defence and mod removal as you can see. I added a post to your post.
