Wolf_Solheim
I know that some skins have been changed as to which parts glow during melee channeling (e.g. Excalibur immortal skin) but why not letting us choose which parts of our frames we want to have glowing during channeling? UI-wise my suggestion is a simple checkbox for channeling in the arsenal next to your primary, secondary and tint color 3&4 (and maybe even a seperate checkbox for attachments) so you can have this particular color change during channeling. I don't know how complicated it is to implement for the Devs, but I think it could well be worth the effort since it allows more varied warframe appearances without additional content. What do you guys think?
Evil_Brick
Sounds good to me, but maybe such an option shouldn't allow primary, since it'd make such big parts of the frame glow? It might get visually noisy.
Wolf_Solheim
I wouldn't rule out the primary color since for some frames primary color actually covers less of the frame than the others (e.g. Ash's immortal skin). Your concern is understandable though.
VYR3
we will probably get a few people running around like Vauban w/ the Phased skin. they glow like a lamp. not my pic Edited October 13, 2014 by VYR3
