I've been having problems connecting with one of my friends. I play with a group of three other players, two of which I can easily connect with. With my third friend we have difficulty joinning up in Private play. Each of us often sees the other as off-line but we're Skyping together so we know we're both on. We can both join with one of the other two players and become a party that way but if the two of us try to play together it fails about 7 out of 10 times.
The game will load and start on his end but I will be disconnected from the game, regardless of which of us is the host.
My friend lives in Florida. I have a CISCO Linksys EA2700 wireless router which I'm connected with on a wired connection and it is on default settings.
The problem isn't specific to Warframe but it seems to happen more when we play Warframe.
Can anyone give me advice on how to improve our connection?
