Inside Wall

Firstly congratulations, because in more than a year of playing I had no major problems. But as there is always a first time for everything, happened to me today, after starting a game with my friends (abandoned orokin defense) and get on the wave twenty nine, it seems, two monsters (infestation) were within the wall, which prevented to kill them. 

What should I do to prevent this from happening? and if it happens, what should I do? 

would love to be oriented correctly, as I lost many items.

Primeiramente parabéns, pois em mais de um ano de jogo não tive grandes problemas. Mas como sempre existe uma primeira vez para tudo, hoje aconteceu comigo, apos começar uma partida com meus amigos (defesa orokin abandonada) e chegar na onda vinte nove, ao que parece, dois monstros (infestação) ficaram dentro da parede, o que impossibilitava mata-los.

O que devo fazer para que isso não aconteça? e se acontecer, o que eu devo fazer ?

gostaria muito de ser orientado corretamente, pois pedir muitos itens.
