Xini Bladestorm Bug

This is a bug I've seen happen to friends and has now happened to me. This was taking place before U15 but at the time it happened a Limbo ultimate was active.

 

Basically, when you enter Bladestorm during a Infestation Defence in Eris, there is a chance you end up in... Well, limbo, for lack of a better word. I constantly receive a "power in use error", can't interact with anything and am only able to change my height by running into objects and scenery. I'm still considered in the game because the enemies will try to follow me, but that's it.
