Crashing And Overall Performance

Since update 15 my game takes about 3-4 times longer to launch, and will often crash during the process, and even when I log in my frame rate is incredibly low, and when I try to join a mission with friends it can't even manage to get into the game, I've always loaded in slower than friends, I assume because my computer and internet are not the greatest, but now it's become impossible to load a match, I bought the new frame last night just after the update and it's been impossible to play him so far, now the frame issue might be because of graphic settings being reset to default and my computer doesn't do well, which I'll mess around with next time I log in, but as it is logging in is a chore and actually playing the game is impossible, any ideas what to do??
