A Simple Question

Hi tenno, it's not about the game specifically but well, my hard disk have two partitions C: and D: i want to ask if i move the folder that is containing the warframe info from C: to D: will produce some error or nothing will happen? Thanks for help, peace out.

Do you use steam? With steam you can set up a secondary steam folder, move it there and it'll recognize it and the registry will be adjusted. I'm not sure about just the launcher without the steam component though..

You have to uninstall and then re-install the game choosing the right folder, it probably wont work correctly if you don't do that.

Even with steam I think it will still uninstall then re install it, I didn't try it so I'm not sure but its more plausible to me.

Nope! You just create a second steam games directory, then place the Warframe folder into steam > steamapps > common directory where all games go. It "discovers" the installation, verifying the integrity of files there and it adjusts registry so that you don't have to redownload or reinstall. I've moved 200+ gigs of my entire steam games folder to another drive and it just scanned it and went on like nothing happened.
