Warframe Controller Customizing

So apparently some of the bindings cant be customized in the controller section, I've noticed when you try to rebind the "use ability" it wont let you rebind it, just makes a buzzing sound and if you take about the current binding (RB) by binding something else to it, like melee, it wont allow you to bind another button to it so you will not be able to use it.
