(PSN)HigherFire Posted October 26, 2014 Share Posted October 26, 2014 has only happened once but i was practicing on mercury exterminate and i was using the glaive with the mods rank 0 power throw max rank pressure point max rank buzz kill and whirlwind rank 0. I threw out the glaive and it didn't return. I changed weapon and then i changed back to the glaive it would be in my hand but i couldn't throw it.
