Very Slow Updating

A friend of mine has really slow updating. He usually has very fast download speed. When he's downloading the archwing update, he gets roughly 1-50 KB download speed and sometimes the download stops. I live in the same city as him and I got the update in roughly 5 minutes. Any solutions?

well there are many who download at the same time,don't worry I had the same issue,he will get his normal speed soon(closing other programs helps)

I have the same problem , update time takes like hours , for example i am waiting now for hotfix 5 on U15 to finish but it has like 20 Mb per second :( when it's a hotfix!!! It should take just some minutes! GOD!
