Elliott500 Posted January 12, 2013 Share Posted January 12, 2013 It's an effective weapon. Does good damage, but it's weakness is the bolts have travel time and bullet drop. Even so, it's awesome fun to impale everything, it sends them flying across the maps. The Bronco/Lex might be more effective but this is fun as hell. Even with perfect accuracy, the bolto will do less damage and then you factor in with the slow moving projectile and the lag compensation in the game being more hurtful to the bolto, and you're going to be doing way less damage with the bolto than you would with the bronco or lex. It does look kinda cool. But keep in mind it only nails people to the wall with the killing blow, so it has no tactical usefulness, its purely a cosmetic feature. And if they were next to the wall when they were alive, it can be difficult to tell that they're dead because the bolto has nailed them upright. The corpse just continues to fly straight forward, until it finds a wall to nail into, ignoring bodys' weight. Crond Posted January 13, 2013 Share Posted January 13, 2013 I've found them better than Bronco :) Just level up them a bit, and their fire rate will be as fast as you can pull the trigger, with 40+ clip and serious damage =D Aklato is the reason for I've found Afuris useless.
