I have found that joining someone else while they do a Syndicate daily mission gives you the rep reward whether or not you qualify for that mission with your rank.

 

So, I'm looking for someone with Steel Meridian rank 1 or higher with whom I can tag along. In return, I'll take you to Hexis and/or Suda missions when the mission timer resets daily.
