Severe Fps Drops

Hi, I've been having constant and severe drops in FPS today, this never happened before, I always ran warframe just fine, and my computer is on the high-end side so I shouldn't have any problems, I run most games at max quality.

 

I'm running x64 bit version, directx 11 & Physix enabled.

 

I think the problem is related to latest update specially with the new death animation thing with all the particles, but I'm not sure and I highly doubt new death animation should screw up the game that badly.

 

I remember something like this with Assassin's Creed IV, where instead of increasing quality of physix particles in smoke they just increased the amount of particles themselves which screwed up the game for everyone.

 

Sorry for the ramble, just need to know what's going on and how to fix it or if there's going to be a patch for it.

Noticing same exact thing. Definitely that. There is also some slight depth of field even though I have it off. Wasn't like this previously.

Yep, having the same problem. As of today/last hotfix, my performance is far worse. It especially drops when I have anything active in my secondary monitor, which I'm used to using 90% of the time./

well at least Im not the only one having this problem. I guess it IS the AC4 problem all over again
