Lv1...............+10%....................+5%..................6......Lv1...............+20%....................+10%................7......Lv1...............+30%....................+15%................8......Lv1...............+40%....................+20%................9...... i feel another Rifle Multi-shot/Reload-Speed mod would be great, the cost and bonuses are lower so it wont over shine its close sister mods, as Split-Chamber has Multi-shot +90%, & Fast-hands has Reload-Speed +30%, Paired with Maxed Split-Chamber= Multi-shot= +130%, Paired with Maxed Fast-Hands= Reload-Speed= +50%, Thoughts, Comments, Concerns? It's not like secondaries have much less damage in general or anything. Although perhaps instead of reload speed have the 2nd stat increase a guns accuracy by up to +20% Thats a mod we DONT have yet and it would make everyone want to get this one for their guns. It's an odd name for a mod. Raging torrent. When I think of that I think of river rapids and pointy rocks and foolish canoe tourists.
