Melee Weapon Unequipped Mid-Level?!

So... doing a mission and suddenly I don't have a melee weapon. I can still stealth kill enemies with a melee attack, but I can't actually melee attack. Here's the weird bit: it came back. I think it was related to being stealthed by my Shade. I've been unsuccessful trying to reproduce it so far, but will keep trying.

I've been running into a situation where I can't use my melee weapon (usually when carrying a data package, but not always). Not sure what causes it though.

General bugs at the moment I guess. It's happened to me as well, sometimes I can't reload or switch weapons. I guess it will be fixed later on when more hot fixes come out.

My Melee weapon stopped working mid game.

I've had this happen myself. Currently my working theroy was that it related to using abilitys/melee while being knocked down. Especially since being knocked down again cleared the issue in about 80% of cases. (the other 20% i couldn't find anyone to knock me down) Not sure what good it will do others, but thats the facts as I know them.
