So, on the livestream, they essentially said that they weren't going to buff it in any way, and we should focus on crit...thoughts?

Mine's currently level 20 + tater

 

+Clip size

+Armor pen

+Raw Damage

+Fire

+Ice

+Lightning

 

It currently shreds level 30 stuff pretty damn fast. I think aiming is key for that gun. 10 of the 60 shots need to hit a weak spot.

Im leveling one up at the moment, currently on lvl 27, no Catalyst in it (and not planning anytime soon) and for me it doesn't seem to crit very often.

Granted im not using Critmods, but still, the Base Critchance seems to be too low to go for Critmods. Rather stack Elemental damage on it.

 

 

It is not a terrible weapon and fun to use. The low damage is not really a problem if you go for Headshots, but it just burns through Ammo too quick.

I actually maxed the crit chance after yesterday's livestream advice from Steve and I can say that it is not working. Crits are rare and my guess is that base crit chance must be around 3%.
