Gpu Usage 30 To 60 % In Game, 100 % In Menus

Pretty much what title says.

In menus, my GPU will heat very fast and it will use all of it's capacity. In game, gpu usage and temps will go down.

There's no FPS cap in game as well ( as far as I know ) since I don't have VSYNC turned on, shouldn't the GPU usage be higher than 30 to 60 % ?

I don't know your specs, but 30-60% GPU usage in-game sounds typical of what other players have reported, as well as my own experience with a Radeon HD 7950.

Pretty poor specs actually,

as I have a rather bad card, i was wondering why the game would not use all of it's power.

well vsync is a fps capper. If you dont want your gpu to use 100% all the time gotta vsync it. Although this game doesn't like using GPUs from what I've seen,and that's why alot of people here are experiencing fps issues.
