Issue With Settings Not Being Saved

After a hotfix, all my setting are reverted to default, and everytime i launch the game, Audio settings are also default.

 

Anyone else having the same issue?

Also getting this and it is driving me crazy been getting this for about 3 months now and it drove me to give up on the game as it was forgetting all my settings every time I played it . I've come back after a break and it is still forgetting the settings/freezing for short periods when I apply them again which causes me to d/c.

 

As for fixing it I'm afraid I have no idea. 

I've tried re- installing the game, my display drivers, purging the game from existence (including appdata) and downloading it again.unfortunately I cannot find a way to fix this, it must only be a small sample of people as it hasn't been fixed yet, but I sure as hell know it is not a hardware problem as it does the same on my laptop which is Intel, Nvidia where as my desktop is a AMD, ATI/AMD. I cannot seem to figure out the problem but hope it can be fixed soon.
