Loading Forever When Someone Joins A Dark Sector Conflict?

I am the first one i when I click to enter it alone.

 

And then someone joins, and I get this message like "a change to the dojo" (something like that) and it takes me back to the loading screen.  Everyone's bars are filled up completely, yet it's taking forever and hasn't resumed the mission.

 

What's the deal?

 

 

I've had to close warframe at least 8 times now.
