Archwing Needs An Equivalent For Survival And Defense

In my eyes that is one of the big reasons why Archwing is being received so "mixed". It lacks any sense of actual Co-op gameplay in a co-op game.

-Space interception is a joke because all points are literally kilometers apart from eachother. So you either all just sit on 1 point and hope it goes well or someone dies on point C and he's #*($%%@ because you're on point A.
-Sabotage will always have 1-2 rush ahead...the usual rusher business
-Exterminate is..well...just exterminate...nothing was ever special about that gamemode.

Of course we don't just want some 1 on 1 replacement for the "on ground" missions that have this sense of co-op...that would make it a little too boring.
So I came up with 2 mission types that could possibly fix this:

Convoy and Liberation

Convoy

-Round based trade/freight route protection with fail state. (A sort of mobile defense that is actually mobile)

-Protect civil freight ships from being plundered by the Grineer/Corpus. There is a predetermined amount of freight containers attached to the freight ships.

-The amount of containers varies based on mission level/difficulty and progression but retains a randomized element

-The Convoy will go from point A to point B and get assaulted by waves of enemies. After X minutes/waves they will reach point B.

-You can now choose to extract to point B and take your 1 reward or continue. Point B to point C.
The amount of containers changes on EVERY route and the possible rewards are tied to it. (rewards stack)

Example:

You reach point B with 2 out of 3 containers. 66.6% reward qualifies you for the 50-74% reward tier. (small stacks of rare resources, larger credit caches)

You reach point C with 3 out of 4 containers. 75% reward qualifies you for 75-100% reward tier. (best rewards for example rare stances or a 5core packs and weapon/archwing pieces)

You reach point D with 1 out of 5 containers. 20% reward qualifies you for 1-25% rewards tier. (worst rewards, e.g. 1000 Credit Caches, Common Fusion Core and so on)

Your convoy loses all 5 out of 5 containers on the way to point E...instant failure, mission aborted.

Liberation

-You have to protect a small armored and repurposed civillian vessel. But this time it is a space rescue mission with multiple stages.

-While the ship steers through asteroid and debris fields to remain unseen to the huge battleships it will approach small asteroid stations/mini space stations used by the Corpus/Grineer to hold important civillians as captives.

-Waves of enemies will relentlessly try to assault the armored vehicle, and while the ships' shields can restore...armor plating that has been removed will not recover. (So basically the shield and life values from defense missions are somewhat inverted)

-When they reach the stations they will cut open a wall and extract their people.

-An approach takes 2-4 minutes, a rescue takes 3-5 minutes. The amount of rescued people varies.

-After every wave the ships captain will ask if it is okay to go on and rescue more civillians. If you say yes then this will go on in an infinite fashion .

-Should you say NO, they will blast their thrusters and warp the heck out of there.

-Rewards are given out at the END of the mission based on how many people are saved. This means you have no clue what you will get until you actually hit that finish button. You only know HOW MANY things you will get.

Rescued 5? 1 reward at the end.
Rescued 50? 10 rewards at the end.

Reward cycling still applies...so if you want a chance at weapon piece X..you will HAVE to rescue 15 people.

To add to your liberation idea : when you reach one of these stations, the ship will cut a hole for you to get in. We can go in and we transition from archwing to our warframes, and then it will be a normal rescue mission and bring the hostage back to the ship. While we are on the station, the ship will be in defense mode and will fend for itself, we only need to focus on rescuing the hostage.

The reason for these changes is that I really liked the initial archwing mission where you transition from archwing to WARFRAME ..so I would like more missions with this ..

also, this gives us a reason to use different warframes rather than sticking to rhino, valkyr and zephyr
