CapitalLlama
I'm sure this is isolated to my computer and my brother's. (We are using the same specs), but I thought I might as well report it. When I open the Arsenal, there is about a 60% chance for it to crash my computer. Any other menu will not crash me. (Except for once when I opened my profile) It has gotten so bad that I don't even open up my arsenal to check what loot I got, and when I do, I plan on spending 7 crashes trying to sell/equip mods. As I said, it is most likely isolated to my specs. Here are my specs: Windows: Windows 7 Professional Edition (64-bit) (Build 7600) Memory (RAM): 6039 MB CPU Info: Intel® Core™ i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00GHz CPU Speed: 1994.0 MHz Sound Card: Speakers (Logitech G35 Headset) | Speakers (Realtek High Definiti | Display Adapters: Intel® HD Graphics Family | Intel® HD Graphics Family | NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M | NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M | RDPDD Chained DD | RDP Encoder Mirror Driver | RDP Reflector Display Driver Monitors: 1x; Generic PnP Monitor | Screen Resolution: 1920 X 1080 - 32 bit Network: Network Present Network Adapters: TAP-Win32 Adapter V9 (Tunngle) | Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter #2 | Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter | Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 1030 | Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller CD / DVD Drives: 2x (D: | F: | ) D: PLDS DVDRWBD DS-6E2SH | F: DTSOFT BDROM Ports: COM Ports NOT Present. KarlderKaefer
hint: you might force the use of the nvidia grfx for the game - sometimes the automatic switch between built-in and extra grfx dont work properly (but from what you are saying you already played a mission and wont check loot - so it already worked well) another option would be - check driver version - most of portables dont allow the installation of newest drivers (you have to use the drivers from the notebook manufacture) Edited January 13, 2013 by KarlderKaefer
CapitalLlama
I've forced the use of my nVidia card. Also, I have tried the latest dell display driver, the latest release nVidia driver, and the latest beta of nVidia.
KarlderKaefer
did you try to disable DX11 and 64Bit? (maybe each separately)
