Profile: The Infested, The Parasite.

Codex: After Escaping from the Corpus from being further tested and experimented on, anthrax instills fear into his enemies with the help of his infested abilities.[To be Made]

Lotus Profile: This is Anthrax, the Parasite, the Infested. Unrellenting, and vicious, on the battlefield, Anthrax uses dieseases and viruses to infect, and destroy his enemies from within. His abilities allow him to control the battlefield through disease and plague with the compliment of Mods. Beware Tenno, Anthrax is a Plague, he cannot be controlled, nor stopped.

Ability 1: Fungal Spore (Energy Cost 50) Anthrax throws an infectious seed onto the floor, and when an enemy comes into contact with this seed, they take Viral/Gas/Toxic /Radiation damage [50/100/150/200] and is paralyzed for [5/10/15/20] seconds when they come into contact with this seed.

Ability 2: Symbiosis Hive-Mind( Energy Cost 75) Anthrax enhances allies melee weapons to do Viral Damage [45/50/55/60] in a [10/20/30/40m] for [15/20/25/30] seconds.

Abiltiy 3: Plague (Energy Cost 100) Anthrax emits a cloud of Toxic Radiation and Viral damage [200/250/300/350] in a [5/10/15/20m] range that infects and sickens his enemies. He absorbs [5%/10%/15%/20%] of the enemies shield/energy/health.

Ability 4: Outbreak (Energy Cost 150) Anthrax sacrifices a portion of his remaining Health, and Shields, [20%/25%/30%/35%] and summons 2/3/4/5 random infested and 1/2/3/4 corrupted  to fight with Anthrax for a duration of [10/15/20/25] seconds.

Short Bio: In the Orokin Void, thought long gone,  He was found. Fused with infested and orokin technologies, They, the Tenno had brought him in, and took him as one of there own. They had cleared his mind, and let him free from the Voids Grip.

I have to say...are you klemming kidding me?

This is obviously kind of a rip from Typhus. Typhus's fanfic states him being Infested and experimented on by Salad/Corpus, which you've got there as well. Then there's the abilities which are somewhat similar to the abilities Red gave to Typhus (Symbiosis, really?)

Now, I'm not saying you can't make your Viral Knight, but maybe you should try making it it's own thing, rather than taking ideas from other people and not even mentioning them in the "inspiration" segment. 

If you want to have an original Frame idea, you're gonna have to do a LOT more than that.

Well at least you get the right idea. It takes some work to make an original concept after all.
