I wanted the change the natural colour and pattern of my Kubrow and I decided to get Savenga Gene-Masking Kit for 50p. After looking around the market, I saw that I could buy the Basic Gene-Masking Kit for 100,000 credits which contains the colour I wanted (Derelict Black) but to my surprise, it wouldn't let me buy it even though I had well over 100,000 credits. Whenever I pressed the purchased button it always comes up with "Purchase failed. Your account has not been charged. Please try again. (Unknow error)". I'm sure this isnt suppose to happen since its an item that can be obtained using credits and not platinum. Please help.... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Nightyngale Posted December 15, 2014 Share Posted December 15, 2014 Also chiming in with the same error report. I checked it after a mission on Ceres, and then again after another mission on Pluto. I relogged afterwards to make sure, and still no dice. My newly hatched Kubrow appears to have a Lotus mark, so I wanted to be able to alter the colors, at least to some extent, to sell imprints.
