Fps Loss Over Time In Session

So, I recently (since update 15) have been getting a weird "bug" (Don't know what to call it, it is definitely not intentional) where after playing a mission, i lose fps to maxxing at 30-40. (Without this, i am 60-70 at best, 30 at worst). After playing multiple missions (3-4), my fps will drop to unplayable levels, maxxing at 20, and fluctuating between under 10 and 15 most of the time. I am typing in the steam overlay right now, and as I type this process is slowly happening (currently at 37-43 fps). As per a post by the moderator Letter13, I have unparked all of my cores (2), and the "base" fps (the 60-70 one) has improved from what it was, but this problem still persists. I dont have my computer specs readily avaible (I use a laptop), but I can say that I usually have few or no problems with fps in other games, and for a around a year I played warframe without this issue.

Here are my in-game settings that might affect things:

Video Resolution: 1366x768 (fits perfectly)

Aspect Ratio: Auto

Vertical Sync: On

Physx effects: off (because of the new death effects)

Runtime tesselations: on (what doees this effect?)

Local reflections: off

High dynamic range: off (what is this?)

Geometry detail: High

Particle quality, shadow quality, and texture memory: Low

Anisotropic filtering: on

Anti-Ailiasing: High(SMAA)

Depth of field, Motion blur, bloom, color correction, dynamic lighting, character shadows:on

constant weapon trails: off

weapon elemental FX: on

Having the same issue, which really has only been noticeable since the Nova Prime update.  My typical FPS of 40 has dropped to 4-5 any time there's more than a few objects on the screen.  Even cranking things down, there's still noticeable lag inside the Liset, and in missions, the game is nigh-unplayable.  Unfortunately, since it never technically crashes, there's no error codes.
