It would be rather disappointing if you had to buy them with platinum, but I thought i read somewhere that you can get a blueprint for them from alert missions. You can get these from login rewards (not sure how this actually works though) and from Alert missions i think its only a 3star login reward item. then again, last i had 1 star or 2 star was b4 pro when i first joined.
