How To Tell If My Support Ticket Is Still Valid?

I submitted a support ticket on the 14th of December, or roughly 11 days ago.

 

Will they still consider reading it or is it disregarded as outdated "junk" mail?

 

My request number is #270407. Please advise, thanks!

It would say "Solved" where it usually says "Open" to let you know if it's been dealt with.

if it says "open" next to it, its still being looked into or waiting to be looked into

I've only submitted 2 tickets, and both took about 2 weeks for a response. But both responses were very thorough and helpful. From my experience and what I've heard from other players, they take a while to respond to a ticket, but they do quality over quantity.
