Low Fps Out Of Nowhere

Hi guys, i need some advice because i'm really getting mad...

 

this is my pc config at the moment:

 

cpu intel i7 4770

gpu gigabyte gtx770 oc 4gb ram

8 gigabyte oc corsair ram

 

Here....why after weeks playing at 60 fps rock solid, now the game decides to run at 30fps or less?

i don't really know what to do, i was really having fun and know, i don't know what to do and the game it's going crazy....jesus....i'm getting bad fps also in the ship! it's really something beyond my comprehension.

everything it's kind of new, i bought the pc like 1 year ago...any solution?

i already unparked my cpu cores but nothing seems to work....
