Excalibur Radial Javelin Bug

If I´m the host, or if I play solo my Radial Javelin deals a way less damage as if I join a group.

Normally I onehit everything beneath lvl 40 (exept eximus) but since the (I guess) last update this bug appears.

Anyone else having this problem?

Now they fixed it and XP gain sucks. GG for bringing it to their attention
