Fps Drop Since Update 15.9.0

before i enjoyed a stable 50 fps after updating and optimizing i checked the market to see the new weapons stats and instant constant 11fps, every button has now become a pause button.

 

Windows 8.1

Celeron 1.6 GHz

2 GB Ram

Intel HD Graphics

I cant believe WF is that optimized to be running that specs on a W8.1 platform. I believe the cause of the pauses is that the spec lacked memory.

Still, im honestly surprised it did an 50fps with that spec (even if everything is set to low settings)

 

I have 2 PCs, 1 mid-to-high specs and 1 low spec.

Low spec consist of

W8.1
Intel i3-4130, 3.40GHz

4GB DDR3

1gb GeForce GT 240 

 

and it doesnt  even give a 'constant' 50 fps even if its in the lowest settings. (PC is honestly clean and well optimized too)

lel i did the resolution trick :P "constant" is more like more or less as either it is 50 or its 30
