Multiplayer Is Unplayable For Me Now

When I play multiplayer I can't, 

pick up loot, open doors, hurt enemies with abilities, revive downed allies, capture points in interception, or use items.

If everyone else leaves I get left behind and have to solo the mission from then on.

I can't even leave the mission, and have to force quit the game to end it.

 

Even during the times when my connection power is 100%, from 2am to 8am,

I still get this lag.

 

There are two things that could be causing this.

 

The game no longer supports my computer's setup.

or,

My internet provider is throttling my connection.

or maybe both even.

 

I can still play solo though, but since i'm at end-game I loose horribly usually.

 

I'd like this game to be easier in solo mode, so that it's actually do-able by your-self.

 

The people at DE have been trying to help me fix the problem, which I thank them for.

But the last things they had me seemed to have made things much worse.

 

The last thing they suggested was updating my video drivers.

I uninstalled the one I had and looked for a new version of it like they said,

but there wasn't a new version, and even the one I was using was no longer on the list.

Luckily I had a backup of the drivers on my computer,

but after re-instaling them I've started having problems even at the best connection times.
