Ever time I start a mission my FPS starts incredibly low but then 10-20 seconds later, it goes perfectly back to normal. This is getting really annoying and sometimes I even crash. If you go into AMD ( that's if you have an AMD GPU) control center > under gaming tab > 3D applications > Enable Open GL Triple Buffering , it helps. Must have V-sync enabled according to this.
