Map Glitches In Corpus Spy Areas

So my friend and I were running the quest for the new spy missions and while following me up a vent in the spy area my friend got stuck halfway into the wall.  As I was running with Loki I decided to try Switch Teleporting with my friend.  Well it worked...for him anyway.  He was safe and I dropped into the black abyss of nothingness.  Probably fell for a good 10-15 seconds.  After reviving I spawned...here.

Thankfully I was able to get out of the ceiling by walking along the pathway into the next room where after crossing the wall I fell back onto the pathway like normal.  Just wanted to let you guys know about this.
