Missing Artifact: Rifle Amp

I just completed an alert with a friend. It had 3 minutes left when we started, so it is fair to assume the alert had ended by the time we finished (I don't think this matters)

 

We both received the reward of a Rifle Amp, as expected, but neither of us can find it in out artifacts/deck.

 

Am I just missing something?

Yeah, it's been glitching like that all weekend, I got 2 energy siphons and got neither of them :/

Hopefully it will get patched soon.

Is there any conformation on it being patched? I specifically came to this thread with the exact same problem (even had to do with rifle amp :/) and am kinda annoyed I can't use it.

Yeah, sane here.

 

In my case, I ran the alert with some friends and we all got a confirmed "Energy Siphon" in the mission results except... the artifact does not show on the artifact deck screen at all. 

 

Not cool or fun... at least not yet.  :(
