Rebuilding Tenno Empire

*This is solely an endgame idea and a fairly complex one at that

Rebuilding the Tenno Empire would be quite the challenge and take some time in order to do but I feel like this could be an amazing long term goal for the Dev team.  The idea is a series of buildings that will greatly improve the ability of the Tenno and their war effort.  It is required to add a secondary blueprint system, and I would very much like to see a website interface with the proposed idea.  Some of these blueprints will be similar to the mod drop object but with a very different particle and rarity double of a current rare mod.

Tired of 'conquering' the galaxy and just chilling waiting for Blueprints or helping your newer Tenno lets give you some more incentive.

Space Foundry -- Only achieved after wiping the entire solar system.  It specializes in large scale production therefore it doubles the resources required to create normal blueprints, but enables production of buildings.  Production speed and resource cost may be reduced by putting those Tenno you rescued to good use.  Completing a rescue mission will temporarily improve the rate at which your Foundry works, it will degrade over time though as Lotus finds them to be used better elsewhere.

Mining Base -- A passive income generator available for each sector.  Extremely expensive in terms of both time and money, talking 2-3 week build time.  It will passively mine the sector of each resource at a rate of one, or a single resource at a rate of two.  Want to speed up the rate at which it mines?  Play in missions that you destroy your opponents mining equipment, will apply at a logarithmic rate.  But wait, why is my miner slowing down? if left unattended for long enough it will grind to halt which will leave it vulnerable to attack.  The player will receive an alert mission about their mining facility under attack, if the player fails to respond to it or fails the base will be destroyed (Will only come into effect if the player logs in of course).

Architecture Library -- Tired of having your Foundry destroy your blueprints after production, want to keep those all important blueprints well now you can, inefficiently.  AL will be able to store and make copies of blueprints but each use degrades the blueprints each time running up to as much as twenty times the original cost of the blueprint.  EX. You store a Heat Sword blueprint, the resources it cost now require 2x the amount (4x with Space Foundry added in), the next time you create a Heat Sword it costs 4x the amount (8x with the Space Foundry), and so on.  Spying on an opposing faction gives you more insight into Orokin Technology allowing your reduce the cost of the next produced blueprint, but will return to the increased cost eventually.

Homebase -- A place for rest and meditation, as well as showing off your Warframes and weapons, it will be a gathering spot for you and friends.  Creating a new interface and planning routine for managing your facilities.  Can't think of much more to do here, might have to expand later.

Research and Development -- With an excessive amount of materials a Tenno may obtain from the Solar System the Tenno has to find bits and pieces of lost Orokin technology.  This can be brought together in a central point known as R&D.  The Tenno may be able to spend resources to create a random blueprint of weapons and Warframes.  This can be improved over time with capture missions where Lotus may interrogate the prisoner to aid in the advancement of the Tenno cause.  As with the others it may degrade over time.

With the (hopeful) advent of Dojos and whatnot with the upcoming 8.0 patch these buildings could be specific to Clans. It might also provide a NPC proxy war in which Tenno are able to clone their own soldiers to send against other Clans in order to prove their dominance.  This would keep in the spirit of PVE, but with the flare of competition.  The story might have to be altered a bit to show a splintering of Tenno, a second/third Lotus if your will.

Such buildings, if implemented with the idea above, could be cloning vats, AI manufacturing, automated defenses (lowing the % of oncoming troops), power sources etc.

Sound like a good idea, if not a lofty one!

If I stopped playing for a long time and came back, I wouldn't be surprised to see Warframe become this. Evolving from disparate cells of Tenno to "Warframe: Rise Of The New Orokin Empire".
