This frame has been feared throughout the whole solar system. Ever since the marauders shown up, this frame shown up at random occassions to help them out. Some say this frame has the power to destroy entire ships with one fatal energy attack this rumor was confirmed to be a lie. He earned this name for killing hundreds of Tenno and other faction troops with a strange scythe-like weapon which he wields with a blade that glows bloodred. If you launch an attack on any Marauder Base he might come to hunt you down. No one knows who is in the frame but everyone knows who he is working for. The Orokin marauders.

 

Abilities: 

Hollowed Pistol: This ability summons up a black hologram of a random secondary weapon for 60 seconds. 

Bladed Fury: his Scythe's blade will double in size and the damage it does will amplify by 3 times.

Hollowed Anger: This ability summons him up a random primary weapon hologram that glows red for 60 seconds

Black Curse: In a 360 degree angle around it, it halves the health of any troop, friend or foe, health begins regenerating to the number it was at, extremely slow though. He can't move or attack for 5 seconds after this attack though.

 

Will NOT drop blueprints (Unless DE wants it to though if they put the whole idea in game. But I don't reccommend it dropping blueprints)

A few of them I'm a tad confused on...

Ability 1&3) Are you referring a hovering weapon that shoots or a Decoy (like Loki) that shoots people and doesn't stop until it times out or is destroyed?

 

Ability 2) How close does this ability need to be to take affect? If it doubles in size, that already increases his range and damage output to players that Melee bosses.

 

Ability 4) Might not be the best idea unless it halves current health (not max health [if 1 player got hit by this multiple times, then this is just suicide]) Also recommend making this ability only occur when he is near dead (Say about 15% health left and he does it once [Just to be a little easier on those who might not have the most healthiest Frames])

 

Very good idea overall, might actually work if added. Sounds like a boss stronger than Kril (with the 4th ability). Agreed on the side note, don't think DE would make this Frame available (especially since that 4th ability hits everyone [if they do add this as a real Frame for people to use, might be adjusted to use abilities a little differently])

1 and 3 are weapons he has equipped, 4 I was meaning half current health, not max. Ability 2 he doesn't need to be close, it is an effect he does on his weapon

Ah alright, well I suggest you keep the 'Close up and personal' ability as it is... wouldn't want him activating it at inappropriate times (use it when a player is sniping him and he wastes energy and sits there).

Player wouldn't be able to snipe him, this is a Warframe we're talking about, he'll just run up and attack the player, he is made to pursue the player of course. :P
