Theoretically, this will improve accuracy of projectile weapon. Not actually reducing your spread, but because your bullet will travel further within the same time, it will spread less within the same distance.
Example :
If Boltor with heavy caliber has 50 cm spread at range 10m, with Terminal Velocity that spread will happen at 16m distance. Which means at 10m range, the bullet will probably only has 20ish cm spread (bad at math, sorry)
I've been testing this recently with weapons like boltor prime and Detron, but can't get definite evidence it's working that way.
