Where Do I Farm These's Resources?

I just got a Glaive blueprint and was wondering which mission is the best for farming nano spores and ferrite? I can't find a  good defense mission for nano spores.Tell me which mission works best for you guys when you are trying to get those two items, thanks!

Mercury/earth for ferrite, low level and saturn/neptune for nanospores.

Nano spores I don't need for build items go into my side projects like building a nanospore aircraft carrier and shoring up mountains being hit with erosion.

I have a lot. Like I need to make Nanispore Beach. Maybe surf on... Which mat is liquid again?
