Game Consistently Running Slowly With Latest Updates.

A friend of mine, Morfs, has been running into consistent latency issues and frame drops since update 14 and it has recently gotten so bad that he can't even join missions anymore. All he can play is solo, and with update 15.16 even solo has begun frame-dropping. His cpu is only being pushed to about 60% he's running an ATI Radeon HD 5450 graphics card, which should be well above the minimum range. He has been running the game at the lowest settings for awhile, but even that isn't helping.

And also before asking, yes he has checked his router as well and has cleared warframe through his firewall, no problem there.

The games been slowing down more and more for me since U8.

I too have been using a ATI Radeon HD 5450 and have been having the same problem as your friend since just after U15.  At first I thought it was a problem with the latest catalyst drivers update but after rolling the drivers back the FPS is still an unplayable range between 2-20,  If you manage to find a fix please pass it on.  In the mean time, will be working towards an upgrade haha
