I would like to receive the money back or to deposit in my account. if it is only the second offer become a founder. You will receive anything you've bought even though it takes time to get charged. When I upgraded to Hunter I received the platinum immediately but I had to restart my game client to receive the Excalibur Prime. Edit: And as you can see the forum badge hasn't updated just yet.
