Sentinel Basic Attack Precept Should Cost Nothing At Lv0

Right now, if you buy a Sentinel (or craft one), it is literally useless until it ranks up.

 

It shouldn't be, it should do something even while Unranked. If you buy a Braton, does it need to level up to 1 to fire bullets? Does a Skana require level 1 to cut things? Does a Warframe require level 1 to move around? Yet Sentinels require Level 1 to do anything at all. As unmodded Sentinel weapons are pretty weak, I doubt Revenge/Warrior costing nothing to start off with would create anything resembling an imbalance.

 

It is true that getting a Sentinel to level 1 is fairly easy but I don't see why it should be totally useless until then.

I would even go so far a s to say I would be ok with it starting at level 1 for this same reason. Its not a big deal either way but I do not see offhand the harm it would cause.

I like haveing to earn its usefulness, its pretty much a mastery generater anyhow, it just floats there and lvls as you have it.
