I Want Mod Piercing Caliber

anyone on here have it that isn't asking for multiple hundreds of plat for it I would like it but I don't wanna pay hundreds of plat on it

don't waste your plat on this mod, it is not DAT important, elemental mods will suffice

right now I run with serration heavy caliber blank space multishot then bottom row I run cryo rounds hellfire stormbringer infected clip and idk what to putt in that blank spot any suggestions

use Shred

you get:

* a final damage multiplicative bonus for the fire rate (x1.3)

* another  final damage multiplicative bonus for punch through (x3 considering best scenario when you hit 3 targets with one bullet)

 

totaling 

a variable x1.3  to x3.9 (1.3 x 3 targets hit) multiplicative final damage bonus

which is way better than the only +120% damage on piercing only, which

a) is not multiplied by any elemental mod

b) in your setup will raise your final damage by about another +40% (a simple  and cheap Bane Of <EnemyType> gives you +30%)

 

also i find punch through very handy, you can shoot enemies behind angles where they cannot shoot at you :)
