Gladhe8her
Hey guys and gals, now what if warframe included different ammo types (eg. Slug, Birdshot, Tracer, Flechette, ect...) of course these ammo types could be in mod form or be a completely new accessory, purchased via blueprint or only with platinum who knows... YuriTesla
We already have those. The elimental mods esentialy change it to incdary or EM, or cryo, while armor pearcing changes them to flachets, and damage boost increased density IE slug.
MetalGerbil
there are already such things. like cryo rounds. im sure they will add more to the mix. they arent acutal rounds exactly. just names for mods we have already seen. buy they do plan to add more i think. the paris has a mod that shots exploding arrows. seems a good start. Davoodoo
I would rather see these mods as ammo types that actually replace standard rounds adding bonus dmg depending on mod. Lets say you have hellfire and piercing hit equipped. Each adds +20% dmg. During mission you can choose between armor piercing ammo or hellfire ammo and when swapping you need to reload. Each active ammo type overrides dmg type on weapon. So you will either see braton with 28(20+20%x20+20%x20=20+4+4=28)arp dmg or 28 fire dmg.
