SnoopDodge Posted March 23, 2015 Share Posted March 23, 2015 (edited) Hi , Selling my Arcane Enhancement : Arcane strike the effect is the following : ON HIT: 2.5% chance for +5% ATTACK SPEED to Melee Weapons for 3 seconds You can stack 3 of the same type to get double stats .
