100% Cpu Usage On Minimum Settings

It should be worth noting that this problem does not appear in other games, nor has happened before today.

 

I re-downloaded the game several times, verified the cache, my drivers are up to date, restarted my machine, and I even unparked the cpu cores. No change whatsoever.

 

Any possible fixes?

OS: Windows 7 (64-Bit)

CPU: AMD A10-4600M APU (4 cores)

RAM: 8GB

GPU: Radeon HD 7660G + HD 7600M Dual Graphics

Happens to me as well, I am pretty sure that it has been brought up before and was kinda just shrugged off by the devs.

Okay, so as a WORKAROUND setting the game to run on DX9 has the game running at normal rates. However I still can't run it at DX11 like I used to.
