Relay Problems

I've been trying to get the Chroma warframe, and so far, all the levels play out properly. The problem starts only when I try to enter a relay, the game suddenly crashes. It either says insufficient video memory and crashes to the desktop or the blue screen pops up and the computer flat out restarts. So now I can't progress at all just because I need to talk to the Cephalon dude. This problem only, but always, occurs only at the relays, be it any.
