Oh hai,

This one is going to be about the Plasma Sword. It is a melee sword that performs like the Skana, but when charged up, deals tremendous amounts of damage. If someone has input/feedback or a question, post it right up. :)

Stats:

Acquisition:

The Plasma Sword can only acquired from alerts with Mystery Rewards - look for the "?".

Special:

  • The Plasma Sword has a medium attack rate, low swing damage, only hits single targets.
  • It is best suited against Corpus targets and other non-melee things.
    • Better Against: MOAs without shields, Grineer, Ancients (if you time the rhythm of their attacks to be countered by yours).
    • Worse Against: Fast attacking melee enemies such as Chargers & Leapers, Shielded Enemies. Anything that staggers you.

[*]Charge Attack deals higher amounts of damage than other swords.

Enjoy!

nice sword!

hope this can multi hit target...

No it can't sorry it's single target only like most of the swords the only sword i've seen multi hit targets is the Dual Skanas and only when it charges up its attack ( this is not including the 2 new weapons that both hit more than one target )

Also for this sword if you want to deal alot of damage only charge attack or else its basicly as usefull as a Skana

Whats the advantage of the Plasma sword over stuff with the same charge damage like the furax?

The sword has a wider hit arc, whereas the fists, well, are fists. You get sword perks with Charge Power. DrKieran loves his plasma sword, he clocks in damage in excess of 1000 on the regular and giggles like a little schoolgirl every time.
