Projectile Tenno Powers Having A Slight Wide Range Effect-An Idea

Most Warframe first powers are single target based, which becomes a liability at higher levels than 15. So like an Oberon's first power, any and all projectiles launched by Warframes should richoet or like Volt's shock, somewhat chain. For example, Ember's fire blast spreading from enemy to enemy, or it having a wider range to hit tightly clustered enemies.
